Our vision is ‘to know Christ and make him known’.
We believe that Jesus came to save us from our sin and guilt, from all that is wrong in this world and even within ourselves. He invites us into relationship with Him and when we live in and for Him then we find ourselves on a road leading to freedom, forgiveness, hope and peace – that begins now and continues for eternity.
Jesus teaches in John’s gospel chapter 15 that we are to remain in Him, for that is the only way for us to live fruitful lives. So, at St Chad’s we love to meet together to worship Jesus, sing His praise, pray to Him, look at the bible together and encourage each other on our journey of faith.
We believe that Jesus is Good News for all people, so we love to tell others about Him and regularly hold Explorer Courses, where people can find out more about the Christian faith and ask any questions.
